Sawyer is pretty much sitting up all on her own now - she falls over every now and then, but she gets better by the day. It's just when she starts reaching for toys far away that she gets herself in trouble and ends up on her belly. Took some pictures of her yesterday and today so you can see. We still keep Porter behind her to catch her when she falls. This week's adventure includes Sawyer's first night out for sushi. We went to pick Mark up from his man salon since it was raining, and decided to stay for dinner. The sushi restaurant was a pretty nice one so I was a little worried our girl would be loud, but she was great. She sat in a high chair for a bit, but preferred just sitting in the corner of our big booth and playing. She was VERY interested in the chop sticks, and people watching. We're headed to meet a bunch of friends out for lunch tomorrow, so hoping it goes just as well. No teeth yet, but she's getting to be a better eater. The last two nights she's all but licked the bowl clean...bananas last night may have given her gas though.
