This year we went to Manchester for Christmas to hang out with Grandma and Grandpa Harris and Ann, Ted and Charlie. This was Sawyer's first trip there and she did pretty well in the car, sleeping much of both trips. Sawyer had fun seeing all her relatives and showed everyone how she smiles and talks now...and loves to stand all the time. I'm not sure everyone believed us initially but they learned when they held her. We got some really good pictures..

Sawyer and Grandma in the mirror - it looks like there are two of them.
It seems we have no pictures of Sawyer with her Grandpa which is a shame because I think that he is a baby whisperer. Sawyer loved to sit on her Grandpa's lap - he would let her drool all over him, stand as much as she want, and always got her to stop crying. It's a good thing that Grandma got some that we can order. Other than that it was pretty uneventful - lots of blueberry pancakes and playing with new toys. We got to see some of Mark's friends, and he went to a Michigan St basketball game as well. Ann and I were also lucky enough to get out for a few hours of walking around town and having a few beers as well which was a lot of fun, and something i haven't done in awhile.
