Home Sweet Home

Obviously I had a lot to catch up on in posting. We are back in Chicago now which is nice. It's always nice to go away and see people but it's always nice to get home to your own house too. Yesterday was a big unpacking day, and then Sawyer had her second night with a babysitter while mark and i went to a concert (my morning jacket). we got the same babysitter as before - katie - and it seemed to work out well again last night. we had a fun time at the concert - it was in the chicago theater which is so nice, but was a little more hard core rock than i was expecting. atleast they played all the songs i really like, and then learned some new ones too. We don't have a lot planned for this week - no new years festivities for us - just getting sawyer on a normal schedule again so that her first day of daycare next monday goes well for her and us...fingers crossed.
